Live Your Life Better: Learn to Manage Stress and Overcome Anxiety

Saturdays, February 11 & 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In addition to challenges faced in our personal lives, we live in a world with constant exposure to news that often elevates our feelings of anxiety.  As a result, many of us feel overwhelmed by feelings of fear, anxiety and uncertainty.  This experiential workshop will allow you to explore skills and practices to strengthen your resilience and calm your mind and nervous system.

Synergy Wellbeing will hold an experiential workshop over two Saturdays on  February 11 and 18 led by Linda Alegria, LCSW to help you navigate these turbulent times with more ease and hopefulness. This will be a relaxed atmosphere with a maximum of 12 participants.

Linda will use a variety of methods such as art, meditation, breath work, poetry, journaling, guided imagery, and other practices to address anxiety, reduce stress and respond to life circumstances. In these groups, you will explore self-care and setting intentions for a more purposeful and fulfilling life.

Come prepared to have fun, be creative and connect with others who want to improve the quality of their lives, strengthen relationships and make a contribution that helps others on their journey as well
