Yoga Classes at Synergy Wellbeing

Synergy’s yoga classes are designed for all skill and fitness levels – even if you’ve never practiced yoga or Qi Gong before. You can practice in a chair if that is more comfortable for you. Synergy’s mindful movement classes focus on stress management to calm your mind, boost your mental health and relax your body so you can live your life better.
Our yoga classes are offered in partnership with Humble Warrior Collective. Classes are held at Synergy Wellbeing, 2202 E. 49th St and are limited to 8 participants. No need for fancy yoga clothes or even your own mat. We have everything that you need so all you have to do is sign up and show up.

Our Instructors
Stacie Beckert
Stacie Beckert is a phenomenal yoga teacher known for her kids, Trauma-Informed, and Iyengar style yoga practices. Stacie is an active member of All Souls, an activist, a Justice advocate yoga teacher, and just an all around joy to be around. She teaches at the Juvenile Justice Center, Synergy Wellbeing, Common Good, and Ochoa Elementary
Beth Richmond
Beth has been teaching yoga since 2016. She teaches a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and her classes are overall gentle.
